ABOUT BC INSTRUMENTS INDIA

Two decades of holding tolerance under pressure.

Founded in 2004, BC Instruments India — The Machining Company — has grown into a 100% export‑oriented, high‑precision machine shop serving Aerospace, Defence, Satellite, Medical & Life Sciences and Ultra Precision Industrial customers across North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.

We run full 5‑ and 7‑axis milling and turning, an onsite Nadcap‑approved Surface Treatment Facility, and inspection built around CNC Coordinate Measuring Machines from Carl Zeiss, Germany and Mitutoyo, Japan — supplying parts to 2.5 micron and better accuracy from an air‑conditioned plant built to hold it.

CAP / 01

Precision Machining

Stainless steel, high-temp alloy, aluminium and engineering plastics — turned and turn-milled up to 125mm diameter and 200mm cube, in house from raw material to finished part.

CAP / 02

Sub‑Assemblies

We support your project from prototyping through DFM (design for manufacturing) review, helping you validate a design before it moves into full production, and assemble small sub-assemblies in house.

CAP / 03

Surface Treatment

Nadcap-approved NDT plus Anodizing, Passivation & more from our onsite, Surface Treatment Division for a faster TAT.

Every part starts with your drawing. We hold it to the program, not a guess.

Your drawing becomes a machining program before a single chip is cut — dimensions, tolerances and finish callouts, held to the micron.
