B.C. Instruments was founded in 1971 in Ontario, Canada, serving customers in the Aerospace, Plastic Injection Moulding, Medical, Nuclear and Electro-Optic industries from its base in Schomberg, a rural community 35 minutes north of Toronto's Pearson International Airport. From its beginnings, the company grew to a 70,000 square foot facility establishing itself as a trusted precision machining partner for global clients across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Building on over three decades of manufacturing expertise, the BCI group expanded internationally by establishing BC Instruments India Pvt. Ltd. in Anand, Gujarat in 2004, creating an international office based in India to serve the growing global demand for highquality, cost-effective precision machining. The India operation was built on the same vision, mission, and values as the Canadian parent — to be recognised as the supplier of choice for precision machining solutions, creating productive and lasting relationships based on mutual trust and respect.
Today, BCI India operates as a 100% export-oriented unit from a 33,000 sq. ft. temperaturecontrolled facility in Anand, Gujarat, run by Sunil Dave as President, with the second generation of the family actively involved in business development and operations. Holding AS9100D, ISO 9001:2015, and Nadcap certifications, BCI India has grown into a recognised Star Export House and a trusted partner for global customers across Aerospace, Defence, Medical Life Sciences, Satellite, and Optics industries — carrying forward the legacy of precision, quality, and reliability that has defined the BCI name since 1971.
