High precision machining is our strength.

Turned and turn‑milled parts up to 125 mm diameter and 200 mm³, held to .0001″ and better accuracy — with surface treatment, assembly and value addition all under one roof.

MAJOR PRODUCTS & SERVICES

What we machine, and how.

Popular materials include 15‑5 PH, 17‑4 PH, 300 series and 400 series steel, 2017, 2024, 7075, 7050 Aluminum, carbon steel, and engineering plastics such as PEEK, Delrin and Teflon. Our competitive edge is a continued learning and continuous improvement culture.

CNC Turning & Milling

Turned and mill parts up to 125mm diameter, 200mm³, held to .0001″ and better accuracy in an air conditioned plant.

Material Range

15‑5 PH, 17‑4 PH, 300 & 400 series steel, 2017/2024/7075/7050 Aluminum, carbon steel, and engineering plastics (PEEK, Delrin, Teflon).

Surface Treatment

NDT, Passivation, Anodising, Dry Film Lubrication, Glass Bead Blasting and Chemical Conversion, all performed onsite.

Deburring & Inspection

Emphasis on deburring using the latest techniques and tools, with special attention to visual inspection and handling.
